The Twiggs County Sheriff’s Office shared an assistance appeal after a house fire on Sgoda Road on August 26, 2026. 41NBC’s report that day said the family was safe but had lost its belongings.
The Twiggs County Fire Department and Sheriff’s Office responded. The Sheriff’s Office also shared information about the family’s clothing and household needs.
